The staff is really kind and provides personal service. The rooms are big with exceptionally comfortable beds.- Check-in and late check-out were efficient.- The hotel has a lounge bar and a heated pool.- The location is marvelous and lovely, right next to the Waterfront with shops, bars, restaurants, boat trips, an aquarium.

The room was reasonably large and complete with the most amazing view over the V and King Bed plus a balcony. The staff were pleasant and exceptional, keeping the place clean.

For the price, the value we got at the Commodore was exceptional - comfortable rooms and a stunning view of Table Mountain. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the waterfront and it felt very safe.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a larger selection of coffee choices, including an Italian coffee machine to make specialty coffees like flat whites and macchiatos. It would also be great to have options like vegemite for Australian guests.

I asked at Reception when we checked in if parking was included in our rate and told it was but when we checked out? The charges were added. I questioned this and was told the information I had t been given at check in had been incorrect.

The location of this place is magnificent, as it's not very far from the V&A Waterfront shopping mall, making it a really good stay for your visit.

Great location with private parking if needed and very close to V&A Waterfront and all the restaurants and attractions there.

The hotel is conveniently located near the V & A Waterfront, offering easy access to Cape Town's attractions, the Quarterdeck restaurant, and the V&A shopping center and waterfront.

The queen room had gorgeous views and was equipped with all conveniences. The hotel had a special atmosphere that added to the experience.- The location was marvelous, perfect for walking around the V&A Waterfront Shopping Mall.- The airport was conveniently just 25 km away.

We got great value for our money at this hotel - the room was spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the V&A Waterfront, and we felt safe in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending new teas to try and making us feel welcome.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.

The breakfast here is top-notch, with a yummy full English menu to choose from 🍳. Plus, the location is absolutely incredible.

Housekeeping hit or miss. Some days we got shampoo and soap, other days we had to ask for it. Same goes for towels and other amenities Very small rooms. Only 1 accessible outlet for charging. At least 1 or 2 usb charging ports would have been nice.

Newly renovated room, marvellous breakfast items. Lovely views of Tabletop mountain all around. Amazing location in a marina area short walk to all the areas where very friendly and A mall.

During our stay at the Commodore, we were delighted with the location and the breathtaking views from our room. The room itself was very comfortable and had all the necessities we needed. We were also impressed with the friendly and helpful service provided by Gadija, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its wonderful location and great service.
